We ship Monday through Friday. No phone orders or shipping after 12 PM Friday or on the weekend.

Although we do our best to get product out to you in a timely manner (process within 1 - 2 business days), sometimes an item may be backordered or processing may take a day or two longer than normal. Please allow plenty of time for the product to reach you via ground common carrier.

All orders are shipped via USPS or FedEx or UPS ground per Federal Law and only to the continental USA. We cannot ship expedited or overnight. If they go by air, they are then hazardous materials.

All orders will be shipped from one of the following locations: Pennsylvania, Florida (most orders come from this location) or Ohio. Please allow enough time to receive your item based on the location farthest from you. That way you'll get your order in plenty of time. Certain items are shipped from certain warehouses. Not all items are carried in every warehouse. ALLOW ENOUGH TIME TO REACH YOU. SO IF PLANNING AN EVENT, ORDER AT LEAST 2 WEEKS IN ADVANCE TO GUARANTEE PROCESSING & SHIPPING AND GETTING TO YOU WITH A DAY OR 2 TO SPARE.
