All sales are final except for damaged or defective goods. You must notify us with a picture of the damaged or defective product within 3 days of receiving. From there we will discuss the course of action based on your specific situation.

You may cancel an order within 4 hours with no charge. Your credit card will be voided and no charge applied to your credit card. After the card is settled for the day, you are responsible for a $10 cancellation fee charged by the credit card companies.
If you cancel after your order has been shipped but you haven't received it yet, you are responsible for all shipping - even on cases where there is free shipping. Free shipping only applies to completed orders that are not canceled.
You will be given store credit for the product minus a restock fee and all applicable shipping charges.
