So if you have a wedding invitation, we can work from it to create a poster that you can display during your wedding reception, your engagement party or your anniversary party.

**If you are ordering the digital file to download and you print out at your local Office Max, Staples, etc. We email the file to the email address associated with the order unless you give another email address in the comments box when checking out.


MATERIALS:

We use 1/4" foam core board. If you want something sturdier, ask us for a custom order for our 1/2" foam core board. Because it's thicker, there is an extra charge. Just contact us or click on the request custom order with your needs.

HOW TO ORDER:

1. Place your order online
2. Send us an email cheryl@sparklers-incyberspace.com with the following:

a. Minimum 300 dpi photo of the the wedding invitation & the photo of the bride & groom or photo to use in poster
b. Any fonts used in making the invite  - you can get these from printer of the invitation - if you don't have access, we will match as close as possible.
c. Reference of order number

Acceptable File Formats

PRODUCTION TIME:

- Production time is 4 - 7 days after custom art approval unless you provide us with another due date
- Shipping / Delivery time is 2 to 3 weeks depending on where you are in the world. USA orders delivery time is 2 to 7 days by UPS or USP.S

***Larger poster MAY be folded in half to reduce shipping costs. If the artwork is folded, two plastic adhesive strips will be included to reinforce the image once it's opened to its full size.

POLICIES

- REFUNDS: Due to the custom design of each poster or frame, we do not offer refunds. If an item is damaged in transit, please notify us within 1 business day with a photo of the damaged product and we will reprint if the damage makes is so the poster or frame becomes unusable.

- REVISIONS: Custom graphics is included with this product with up to 2 minor revisions. After that, there is an additional $35 per hour design fee for major changes or if we have to start over from scratch, if applicable.
