Snaps, sometimes called snappers, party pops, poppers, clappers or snapper pops kids get a huge thrill throwing the snaps on the ground and hearing them pop. Sometimes they'll even put some on a hard surface and jump on them. They have great fun with them.
The snaps are incapable of producing physical damage, even if discharged directly against skin. They're also too weak to propel gravel or dirt any distance, which usually falls to the ground. This makes them safe for use as a children's toy.
