Shipping Novelty Fireworks
We use UPS, FedEx or US Parcel Post to ship our novelty fireworks to customers. Per Federal law, we can only ship common carrier ground to customers in the Continental US only. We cannot ship to anyone overseas, Alaska, Hawaii or US territories where shipping must be by air. Once in the air, these novelty fireworks become hazardous materials. We use UPS or PayPal software we use to calculate shipping charges.
All orders will be shipped from one of the following locations: Pennsylvania, Florida, Ohio or Michigan. Please allow enough time to receive your item based on the location farthest from you. That way you'll get your order in plenty of time.
Because the US Post Office, UPS, and Federal Express will only ship novelty fireworks by ground, please do not ask us to expedite your order and allow enough time for processing and delivery to your Continental US zone.
All FedEx shipments MUST have a physical address. They do not ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses.
Your Ship To location must be able to accept deliveries from a common carrier. This will reduce both the delivery time and shipping complications. You must give us your correct shipping information. If we have to change the address while the order is in transit, there is an additional $10 charge for the address change.
After we receive your order, it generally takes us 2 to 48 hours to process your order, pick your merchandise, pack it securely for shipment and deliver your order to the nearest shipping terminal. If orders are piling up, it can take as long as 72 hours to get something shipped. We ship all orders Monday through Friday only. There are no Saturday processing, shipping or deliveries. If you are purchasing fireworks for the Fourth of July holiday, we encourage you to order as early as possible, at least two-three weeks in advance.
It usually takes 3 to 14 days to deliver novelty fireworks common carrier. We ship most of our fireworks from Florida, Pennsylvania or Ohio. However, dependent upon your location and where the products are shipped from, you may get your delivery sooner rather than later. Once we hand the package off to the shipper, the order is out of our hands and it becomes the responsibility of the common carrier. You will receive a tracking number via email within 2 to 48 hours after they receive the order from us. If your package does not arrive within a reasonable amount of time, please send email to email@example.com and we will help you track the shipment. You can also call our number at 570-240-6371.
ONCE YOUR FIREWORKS HAVE BEEN SHIPPED, THEY CAN NEVER BE RETURNED. DO NOT ORDER FIREWORKS IF THERE IS ANY CHANCE YOU MAY NOT WANT THEM WHEN THEY ARRIVE. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
If the shipment appears to be damaged upon receipt, please have the common carrier delivery agent make a notation stating that fact. Any notification delay may result in a loss to you. We cannot honor claims that is the responsibility of the carrier. All claims for shortages and/or damages must be made within five (5) days of receipt of your merchandise.
