Champagne Nightclub Bottle Service Sparklers (also called Big Birthday cake sparklers, nightclub bottle sparklers or ice fountains).
To light, simply lay a flame onto the paper. When lit, these champagne bottle service sparklers emit a beautiful spray of sparks with soft crackles, burning like a mini fountain that shoots 6 - 8 inches high and burns for approximately 30 - 35 seconds.
